The Kettler cross trainer Optima 200 combines compact proportions with modern technology and comfortable ergonomics. Despite its small size, it offers an astounding level of stability for surprisingly intense workouts. Especially practical is the integrated generator that does not require a mains power connection, making it convenient to wheel around without concern for wall sockets or tangled power cables.

With its ergonomic construction, the Optima 200 encourages pleasant exercise movements. The conveniently large tread surfaces are a comfortable 6 cm apart to promote natural and joint-friendly mobility, and the low step-up height of 25 cm makes mounting the machine easy. The round motion with a 48-cm stride length remains smooth and concentric over long workout sessions.

The training computer includes 12 different exercise programmes – from a simple quickstart or target-value setting (time, distance, calories) to interval profiles and a heart-rate programme. The LCD screen clearly displays all important data: distance, calories burned and heart rate. The contact heart rate sensors in the handles can measure your pulse, or you can use an optional chest strap for more precise heart rate monitoring.

The Kettler cross trainer Optima 200 is impressively convenient to use: A tablet tray lets you enjoy entertainment during your workout, transport wheels help with repositioning the machine, and levelling feet compensate for uneven floors. Super leise und große Schrittlänge, die es ermöglicht, den gesamten Körper ins Training zu integrieren. Mein Mann nutzt es auch und ist sehr zufrieden.

Ein Fitnessgerät, dass nicht so viel Platz einnimmt und auch keine Steckdose braucht. Perfekt für meine kleine Wohnung. Und ich kann zu jeder Tageszeit trainieren, ohne ins Fitnessstudio zu gehen.

Ich bin super zufrieden mit demCrosstrainer. Die nette Beratung in der Filiale hat mir echt geholfen, das richtige Gerät fürs abnehmen zu finden. Nach ein paar Wochen Training merke ich schon, wie gut das regelmäßige Training tut und der Crosstrainer läuft schön leise und angenehm, genau das, was ich für zu Hause wollte.
