Cardio exercise that is easy on your back and joints

The wide seat and softly cushioned backrest allow users to train with minimal discomfort, especially in their back, hips and knees. The recumbent position takes stress off the spinal column while the quality ball-bearing components ensure smooth pedalling movement that is easy on the user’s joints. An extra-low step-through frame makes it easy to get on the bike, and handles on the console and either side of the seat help with getting up – great for users with mobility issues.

Intuitive operation and wide range of training options

The well-thought-out control options make selecting a workout programme particularly simple. The central rotary button can select and confirm menu settings and adjust the resistance while training, as can the + and - buttons on the ends of the handles to the sides of the seat. There are a total of 25 training programmes to choose from, including heart rate controlled and watt programmes, a body fat test, preset and custom intervals or simple quickstart. Up to four users can create and store their own custom interval programmes.

Precise performance readings and comprehensive features

In the watt-controlled mode, the Taurus RB9.9 can automatically adjust the resistance based on the user’s pedalling speed to help them maintain a constant power output between 10 bis 350 watts – ideal for both health-conscious users and competitive athletes concerned with performance. The computer clearly displays all important training data including time, distance, speed, watts, rpm, calories burned and heart rate. The bike is well-equipped with hand-contact heart rate sensors built into the side handles as well as a receiver for chest strap heart rate monitors signals and wireless connectivity for use with fitness apps like Kinomap, a tablet tray and USB port to hold and charge mobile devices, a storage shelf and cup holders, wheels to reposition the bike and non-slip pedals with foot straps.

Erster und bleibender Eindruck: Ein sehr stabiles Gerät. Man hat auch als schwerer Mensch nicht das Gefühl, dass hier irgendwas wackelt. Außerdem finde ich die Regelung der Intensität sehr gut, kein Sprung, sondern man kann das sehr gut abgestuft regeln.

War mit meinem Mann im Geschäft in Dortmund. Wir haben viele Produkte getestet und sind letztlich auf dieses Modell gestoßen. Da mein Mann ziemlich schwer ist, blieben nicht viele Geräte übrig. Doch dieses Gerät wirkte von Anfang an sehr belastbar und sorgte auch für eine angenehme Sitzposition. Seitdem nutzt mein Mann es nahezu täglich. Das RB9.9 ist die entspannte Variante zum normalen Bike. Man sitzt tief, hat eine Rückenlehne und schont die Gelenke, ohne dass der Trainingsfaktor zu kurz kommt

Liegeergometerm

Das Liegeergometer scheint mir gut verarbeitet zu sein. Ich benutze es regelmäßig mit wechselnden Programmen. Es ist intuitiv zu bedienen. Wünschenswert wäre noch eine Möglichkeit zur Höhenverstellung und des Winkels des Sitzes. Ich kann das Ergometer empfehlen!

J’aime mon vélo , je l’utilise chaque jour . Il a une bonne stabilité avec toutes les fonctions dont j’ai besoin . Il a un siège confortable. Il est mieux que dans ma salle de fitness. Je le recommande vivement .

Sehr ruhiger Lauf, angenehm zu fahren. Negativ bewerten muss ich allerdings, dass trotz der großen Bedienkonsole nicht alle Leistungsdaten gleichzeitig angezeigt werden und die Anzeige daher dauernd wechselt. Außerdem zeigt die Kalorienanzeige einen viel zu hohen "Fantasiewert".
