The Life Fitness elliptical cross trainer E5 Track Connect convinces by first-grade equipment and workmanship. Being equipped with an adjustable stride length, it is designed for all training groups and heights. The adjustment also allows to change training stimulus for different body parts. Thanks to the progressive WhisperStride technology, very silent and smooth movements can be enjoyed on the Life Fitness elliptical cross trainer E5 Track Connect and the highly-developped training console even offers exciting virtual training possibilities.

Life Fitness E5 Track makes the training a real pleasure

Being perfect for all users, the stride length can be changed from 46 to 61 cm by pressing a button. The elliptical run is unbelievably comfortable - ensured by a very low pedal space (avoids malposition of the hip), the big stride length, and the low stride height. Thanks to WhisperStride, the training is very silent. The pedals are cushioned and avoid effectively any slipping off. Change easily the focus of the training with both different handles (fixed and swinging): either for upper or the lower part of the body. Control buttons are integrated in the mobile multi-grip bars to change stride length and resistance - without taking hands off the bars.

Console Track Connect de Life Fitness

La console Track Connect est divisée en deux zones : la zone de divertissement et la zone d'entraînement. La zone d'entraînement, située dans la partie inférieure de la console, vous permet de procéder rapidement à l'ensemble des réglages d'entraînement. La console Track Connect propose ainsi 15 programmes d'entraînement variés. Parmi ces programmes figurent 5 programmes orientés sur la fréquence cardiaque, qui visent entre autres à augmenter les performances maximales ou à brûler les calories. Si vous avez peu de temps à consacrer à l'entraînement, le programme HIIT (entraînement fractionné de haute intensité) s'avère particulièrement efficace.

Un entraînement connecté

La console Connect offre la possibilité de poser un smartphone ou une tablette et de les relier à l’appareil via Bluetooth. De nombreuses applications fitness, notamment celles de Garmin, Jawbone ou Fitbit, peuvent être téléchargées sur les appareils mobiles. Il est possible de consulter vos données d’entraînement via une liste constamment actualisée d’applications partenaires. Bien sûr, vous pouvez aussi utiliser votre appareil mobile pour visionner en toute simplicité un film pendant l’entraînement.

La console Track Connect est en outre dotée d’un mode d’économie d’énergie permettant de réduire la consommation jusqu’à 90 %.
