Cable pulls are frequently and willingly used alternatives for classic multi-gyms at physiotherapy practices and at home. They only require small space, but still offer a very great range of movement and an excellent adjustability. The Bodycraft cable pull combines these general advantages with an excellent stability and a very attracting design.

Small required space, great range of exercises: the Bodycraft cable pull tower

The Bodycraft cable pull is an outstanding multi-gym of versatile use, which is of only minimum set-up dimensions of approximately ¼ square metres. Cable pull modules make almost the whole range of exercises possible - either for pull as well as for push exercises.

The cable pull module is equipped with two pulleys. Hence you can do the exercises either with one hand or with both hands (for instance, butterflies). As the pulleys are equipped with carabiner hooks, other strength handles or pulling supports can be used. Hence you can very effectively train your back muscles by doing a rowing movement with a parallel pulling handle. Using a triceps rope, you can effectively strengthen your biceps and triceps. The equipment with carabiner hooks provides another advantage: Both cable pulls can be combined with each other as well. That's how you redouble the resistance.

Many movement possibilities - full range of motion

Both pulleys/cable pulls are swivelling by 180°. Hence the full range of motion can be used for all exercises. The muscles can be trained via the way of movement and the training gets effective to the maximum. The cable pull module can be adjusted 32 times in height - Exercises in the sitting position are possible as well as overhead exercises, biceps curls in the standing position or triceps training as well.

Ich habe mir diese Kabelzugstation für mein Heimtraining zugelegt und bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Wahl. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und das Gerät steht sehr stabil. Der Aufbau war dank der klaren Anleitung problemlos und die Station steht fest, ohne zu wackeln. Besonders überzeugend ist die Vielseitigkeit. Die verschiedenen Einstellmöglichkeiten und und die Zusatzgewichte erlauben ein breites Spektrum an Übungen für unterschiedliche Muskelgruppen. Die Seilzüge funktionieren einwandfrei und laufen ruhig und flüssig. Ich kann das Gerät guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Zusätzlich habe ich die dazugehörige Bank erworben welche ich sehr empfehlen kann. Negatives ist mir eigentlich nichts aufgefallen ausser dass das Finetuning der Gewichtswählspindel (keine Ahnung wie das genau heisst) etwas zickig ist. ... [Read more]

Solider Kabelzug

Funktioniert so wie er soll. Sehr vielseitig im Training. Hab mir das Zubehörset noch dazu bestellt, um den Kabelzug vollumfänglich nutzen zu können. Meiner Meinung super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Aufbau dauert seine Zeit, ist zu zweit aber gut machbar. Anleitung genau lesen! ;-) Etwas nervig ist, dass gefühlt alle Schrauben unterschiedliche Schraubenschlüssel brauchen.

Nach 6 Monaten Nutzung durch mich und meine Frau hier ein kurzes Fazit. Der Aufbau war schon etwas aufwändig, da aber alles genau passt, zu Zweit gut machbar. (Tipp: die beiliegenden Metalldübel eignen sich eigentlich nur für massive Wände, für gängiges Mauerwerk würde ich besser "normale" Dübel nutzen). Die Kabelzugstation ist sehr stabil und macht rundherum einen wertigen Eindruck. Keine Geräusche, seidiger Lauf der Kabel. Dadurch macht das Training Spaß und wir nutzen das Gerät regelmässig. ... Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität der Kabelzugstation, bietet Möglichkeit für verschiedene Übungen. Montage war ein bisschen kompliziert, weil manche Anbauschritten in der falschen Reihenfolge gingen. Ansonsten ist alles perfekt, würde jedem empfehlen
