Designed for individual needs: you have the choice between three different adjustments of degrees of hardness (Standard, Stable, and Hard) with the newly developped FlexDeck Select shock absorption system. No matter whether you do your running workout on grass, asphalt or on tartan track - settings simulate shock absorption features of the appropriate terrain and make an individual structuring of your distance possible. A powerful 3.0 HP motor accelerates the Life Fitness treadmill T5 Go to a maximum speed of 20 km/h, incline is variable from 0 to 15%.

Motivating training diversion: The Go console

The Go console offers 13 different workout programs for a motivating diversion. Five of it are heart rate controlled and support your cardio workouts. The Go system makes chaning of incline and speed via 3 hot keys possible while running. All important training data like time, speed, and heart rate are clearly shown on the big LCD display. Two individual user profiles for quick setting of the equipment can be set with the Go console. Save an individual workout per user profile.

Mit der Lieferung war ich zufrieden (am besten mit 2 Männern in Empfang nehmen), jedoch ist es unbedingt nötig vorher die Bedienungsanleitung zum Auspacken durchzulesen (Anleitung sollte deutlicher sein). Ist der obere Karton ab - muss man Schrauben lösen, sonst lässt es sich nicht von der Transportpalette bewegen. Das Laufband ist sehr stabil und läuft ruhig auch bergauf sowie bei höherer Geschwindigkeit. 3 verschiedene Bodenhärtegrade lassen sich einstellen, weich federt gut ab.
